… having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead. Colossians 2:12
It is time for us to baptize some “threads.” For us this means that we will go to Iverson Park and use the Plover River for our worship gathering (because it is no longer winter). So DON’T go to Washington Elementary School as you would on a normal Sunday. If you do you will be alone and no one wants that.
Instead come to Iverson Park and be prepare to eat together. Pete Metallo is cooking brats and burgers and we will potluck the rest. Please bring something to share with everyone else. We will join together at the pavilion for a little singing, reading God’s word, observe the act of baptism, and then eat and play together.
As always it will be an excellent night.
